Classes are held Wednesday evenings from 6 to 8pm.

All instruction is live! Primary topics include:

• Real Estate Law
• Contracts
• Appraisal
• Financing and Taxation
• Real Estate Mechanics
• Real Estate Practice

Additional topics covered include relationship and listening skills, motivation, developing referral business, image, and a myriad of valuable sales skills and concepts.

All prerequisite courses mandated by the Department of Real Estate are included and handled on site.
