How can I sign up for the real estate school? Attend 30 minute seminar any Tuesday at 6pm sharp OR on any Saturday at 10:30 sharp.

Can I just show up on a Wednesday to start without pre-registering at a seminar? No, you must attend a Tuesday or Saturday seminar to register.

What are the requirements to get a real estate license? You must be at least 18 years old, be a legal US resident, Honesty: Applicants must be honest and truthful. Conviction of a crime may result in the denial of a license. Failure to disclose any criminal violation or disciplinary action in an applicant's entire history may also result in the denial of a license. How and when can I re-schedule my exam date? The fastest and easiest method is using the DRE's online licensing system: http://www.dre.gov/examserv.htm You may reschedule an exam date at any time. The DRE charges a $10 reschedule fee.

How long does it take to get my exam results? It generally takes 3-5 business days from the day you took your exam.

How do I find out if I passed my state exam? Go to the DRE website or call (916) 227-0900

What if I fail the state exam? There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. The DRE charges $25 per exam sitting. We recommend scheduling a new date immediately if you find that you failed. That way the material stays fresh in your mind.

I passed my exam, now what? We will give you a call the day your application arrives from the DRE. If you changed your mailing address and receive the application direclty from the DRE, please give us a call if you are interested in an interview at Century 21 Action. When will I get my license application? It will arrive in the mail 7-10 business days from the day you passed your exam.
