The fastest and easiest method is using the BRE's (Bureau of Real Estate) online licensing system: http://www.dre.gov/examserv.htm You may reschedule an exam date at any time. The BRE charges a $15 reschedule fee.
You'll leave the testing site with results in hand. You must wait until you get outside to open it though.
There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. The BRE charges $60 per exam sitting. We recommend scheduling a new date immediately if you find that you failed. That way the material stays fresh in your mind. You can reapply online or by calling 877-373-4542.
We will give you a call the day your application arrives from the BRE. If you changed your mailing address and receive the application directly from the BRE, please give us a call if you are interested in an interview at Nationwide Real Estate Executives. You can contact Lisa at (562) 216-1006.
It will arrive in the mail 7-10 business days from the day you passed your exam. Your other option is to use the Fast-Track method (Combined Salesperson Exam and License Application Process) so that you will be licensed immediately upon passing you state exam. During your first classes, we will provide an opportunity for you to complete this process. And the good news is there is no additional cost for completing it all early!
