LIVE REAL ESTATE CLASSES!
What you need to know to pass the real estate exam WILL NOT MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL in real estate! Our live classes will keep you motivated throughout the licensing process. They're fun and interesting. Beside exam prep training, you will also be learning valuable real estate sales skills and the "nuts and bolts" of the business.
Action Real Estate School has launched students into successful real estate careers for over 25 years. Thousands of graduates credit the live weekly classes as exactly what they needed - not only to pass the test, but to succeed in the business.
Licensed now for the past five years, agent Sara remembers, "The instructor truly motivated me to do what I needed to do in order to obtain my license. The classes kept me on task, and I can't imagine passing the test without the instruction and inspiration I received through Action Real Estate School. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!"
During the course, you will be attending live classes once a week. If you have not taken the courses necessary to take the state exam, then you will also be taking home study courses which fulfill the legal requirements, allowing you to take the state. There are three prerequisite courses for taking the state exam mandated by the California Bureau of Real Estate: 1) Real Estate Principles, 2) Real Estate Practice, and a third from a list of electives from which we chose Real Estate Finance. These courses are included in your tuition and are completed on a home study basis, administered through Premier Schools, Inc. BRE sponsor # S0184. If you have not yet qualified for the state exam click here.
Our program is tremendously successful because it condenses the work into as short of a time period as is possible. While doctors, attorneys, and other professional careers require years of schooling, you can earn your license in a matter of months. And with Action Real Estate School, you can launch your successful and rewarding career!
